My eye exam took approximately 15 minutes. Everything was organized so well from time of my arrival to the time of actual testing by doctor Silodor. Great experience.

I became a patient of Dr. Joel Pakett when I had an unfortunate accident, and scratched my cornea. For never being at the practice the front office staff were absolutely wonderful with working with me and my crazy work schedule to be able to get me in to see the doctor right away. The nursing staff is great and I was happy to not be kept waiting for very long. I was very impressed with Dr Joel Pakett’s level of professionalism, and he quickly put me at ease and gave me a regimen of eyedrops that would help quickly solve my problem. And my follow up appointments have been nothing but fantastic!!! He really has a great way with connecting with you and I am grateful that moving forward he will be my only eye doctor. I highly recommend him!!!

Greeted kindly by the friendly front desk administrative assistants. Dr. Hogan administered a thorough and complete exam, took time to answer questions and was very approachable.

I had a very positive experience, with all parties involved. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr J. Pakett was friendly, knowledgeable an explain things clearly. I also had my glasses made there. The optician Mr Montalto was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I left very happy with the service they all provided!
