(March 1, 2023, 11:51 am)You can go to corporate companies (Len's Crafters, Visionworks and the such [and I have stories about them]) and get seconds versus the real deal and up to date products here. They don't skimp on quality. Attitude included! Friendly! I can't say anything better about Eye Appeal. IMMEDIATELY upon walking in, (I was a "walk in"), they said "hello", acknowledged I was there, and made me feel comfortable and right at home. I wanted to make an appointment and they were busy, and they were able to get me in at 2. They were able to get the frames I was looking for and even if they didn't, I'm totally positive they would have accommodated me with something similar. Came back at 2, had my eye exam, ordered my frames and will back back and can't wait to see them again!!! FRIENDLY, PERSONABLE SERVICE. The WHOLE STAFF! Keep it LOCAL LOCAL LOCAL. THANK YOU EYE APPEAL! P.S. Who's this person with the "long eye exam"? Can't make this up!

It's a small, locally owned business, and it's a cut above anywhere else I've gone for glasses. The office is decorated in such an appealing, creative style. And the glasses...! I've gotten countless compliments and had so many people ask where I got my last 3 pairs. That NEVER happened before. It sounds ridiculous, but now I actually look forward to my yearly appointments. It's fun trying out different looks-- and they even replace the microfiber wipes & bottles of cleaner at no charge whenever you need more.When it's time for your next pair of glasses, try Eye Appeal, and you'll be so glad you took the time to read this review!

(June 22, 2022, 3:48 pm)I was searching the web for an eyeglass store that would give me individualized attention in picking out frames that fit and look good. I feel overwhelmed going to stores that show you the wall of eyeglasses and tell you to bring them back to them when you are finished. Janae started showing me different glasses, I tried them on until I found the right ones which were in my budget, looked good, and fit fine. Within a week, my glasses were done. I met with Michelle, she gave me the new glasses, as well as, fixing my old glasses. Great service with a smile.

A good price range from affordable to top designer frames, and all of them are gorgeous! Thanks for making my daughter and I have a great experience. We can't wait for our new Contact lenses, and for the first time, glasses we both can't wait to get!!!!
