  Generally a positive experience. Office staff is very good and my service technician (Robert) is excellent. Disappointed that they no longer provide and change the filters on the furnace as part of the annual service. No one told me about this change in policy. More recent experience with Michael, Robert's cousin, also very positive. This is a good outfit.

  Cannot say enough about the great service they provide from first call office staff is amazing. Tech Robert arrived promptly and explained what to expect in my visit. After a brief period I was presented with 3 choices on how I would like to proceed with my repairs. I choose replacement. Due to age and condition as pointed out. Within 24 hours I now have ice cold air Conditioning and a heating system that is safe for me and my family.
  Thank you so much Express for helping me be able to finance my new system.

  Express Plumbing Heating & Cooling was very responsive to my Sunday emergency. The responding tech, Eric, was knowledgeable, professional and explained in great detail exactly what he was doing and what the crew would do. Eric took his time and was very thorough in identifying the problem and solution. Eric is a definite asset to this company. Highly recommended. I would also like to highly recommend John, the excavator used by Express Plumbing. The work he and his crew performed was meticulous and when they were finished (digging from my house to the curb and replacing sewer pipes) you would never know they'd been there. Absolutely top notch. Thank you, again, for everything you did!

  Eric was fantastic. Not only a very educated plumber, but overall just a super nice guy. Such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Called in the morning and they were able to have Eric at our house by 3. We thought he would come look and have to come back to service, be he did the job in the same day. Highly recommend.

  Amazed at the customer service! From the first call with Kelly asking “How can I make you Smile today” which she did considering my situation:) and then Eric who was just as cheerful, professional, friendly & thorough!
