  I had a facial months ago for a 90 minute treatment.. it was done in 60 minutes.. this was a subsequent booking after I used Exclusive Facial through Groupon quite the while ago.. the actual facial was nice but the microdermabrasion left my face very bruised. I purchased another facial through Groupon planning to get just the facial without the microdermabrasion but was told I couldn’t use the voucher because I purchased a voucher through Groupon before.. I offered to pay the difference but was denied . I told them about the bruising from my last treatment and was asked “why would you want to book with us again?”
  I wasn’t going to include that aspect of the treatment and she told me good riddance.. There are many offers through Groupon.. DO NOT USE THIS SNIPPY, DISTRSPECTFUL TECHNICIAN

  Quantia is very professional and personable! I had used Group On to purchase a deal prior to COVID and she honored the coupon. She actually offers great deals herself, although her services are worth every penny spent. She takes her time to get to know each of her clients and their specific skin care issues/ needs. She listened to each concern and gave good advice for home care treatment. The ambiance and aroma in the treatment room was very therapeutic as the smooth scent of the diffusor and tranquil music filled the room. The facial itself was so relaxing and refreshing. Quantia took her time to carefully and gently clean, clear and message my face. She was very thorough in the procedure and open to sharing the process step by step. I especially appreciated the massage on my neck and shoulders as well, which helped me feel so much calmer then when I walked in. I left feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated, while my face was glowing. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending her services 😊💖

  5 stars period. Quantia is knowledgeable with any questions you may have - this was my first experience getting a facial treatment. As for the treatment itself, it was high class. You are in good hands if you go to Quantia at Exclusive Facials and Lashes.

  Quantia was so nice and welcoming. She was very professional and took the time to see what my skin needed. Beautiful environment. The ambiance is so soothing, refreshing, and clean. The bed to lay down on was super soft and comfortable. I love their products as well as the services she provides! Really enjoyed my facial treatment here. My skin looked and felt great after. Also had an underarm wax, which lasted for a while. Will definitely be coming back again.
