  Excel Physical Therapy is conveniently located, with an excellent and helpful staff, from the central administrative offices to the local office. I found my therapist, Kevin, to be a careful and knowledgeable diagnostician, and a friendly and excellent therapist as well.

  I highly recommend Excel Physical Therapy in West Caldwell, NJ. Kevin is a professional & attentive therapist. He is very knowledgeable, patient & kind. Treatment prescribed was just what I needed to get rid of pain I had been experiencing. Staff was friendly & helpful -I felt comfortable at my sessions. If I should ever need more therapy, I would definitely return to Excel in West Caldwell!

  Excel offers the best possible service, relief, and support you could ever ask for. The staff is friendly, professional, and personable, the place is clean and pleasing, easy to get to and park, and they have convenient hours and availability. Best of all, the type of therapy offered is first class. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful. He cares a great deal, makes all the right adjustments, constantly adapts the care he provides to your evolving needs, supports you with helpful exercises and makes sure you do them effectively. He takes the time with each patient, remembers and talks through your specific history and issues on a regular basis. And you never have to wait for your turn, it's never crowded - appointments flow seamlessly every time.

  I highly recommend Dr. Kevin Picardo for anyone looking for a PT who listens closely, is super knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced.
  I sprained my ankle this past summer and Dr. Kevin really helped me get my strength and mobility back. He's perceptive and thorough, and knows just the right mix of therapeutic approaches that helped me heal.
  Also, I'm impressed with the cleanliness of his facility and appreciated the help and friendliness of his staff. Thanks again!

  Fantastic place to seek physical therapy!
  
  Kevin is professional, experienced, and very knowledgeable. He's helped me work through significant lower back pain during my sessions. He's been very attentive and has helped guide me through the use of proper form during each exercise. Kevin has also provided me with an at-home exercise plan to supplement my weekly sessions. After a few weeks I've already seen positive health improvements.
  
  Additionally, as a newly opened Excel Therapy location, the West Caldwell office is clean/well maintained, with brand new equipment. They adhere to strict Covid protocols with temperature checks and disinfect all of their equipment.
  
  Overall great PT experience.
  
  EDIT: After a few months of sessions I am back to full activity with no negative physical affects. Thanks again!
