(January 3, 2023, 12:29 pm)After spending 6 weeks in an aircast due to a major sprain I lost almost all mobility in my ankle. It was a long and tough road to recovery and I'm glad I got to go through it with Dr. Martino. TJ is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and really listens. He took the time to explain all the exercises we were doing and how they would benefit my recovery. There were times I didn't understand how certain exercises or breath work would aid in my ankle mobility yet TJ was always able to explain why we were doing them and how they would help. He has a deep understanding of the body and its interconnectedness. The sessions were therapeutic and I always left equipped with a solid plan. Can't say enough good things about TJ and his hands on approach.

(November 30, 2022, 9:38 am)Dr. TJ is the best! He listens carefully to your concerns and works with you to customize a treatment plan specific to your needs. He proceeds methodically and explains what is happening (and why) every step of the way. He genuinely cares about helping you and improving your well-being, and his skill and passion for his work is apparent from your first interaction with him. I highly recommend Dr. TJ to competitive athletes, active adults, and anyone in between who wants to uncover the root cause of pain or rehabilitate an injury.

I came in with a quad strain that I had been dealing with for a month that did not seem to be getting better, and with the exercises TJ gave me to do, I was completely fine in less than two weeks time! I had two in person visits with TJ, and he ran me through various exercises, tests, and also discussions to figure out the best plan of action. He was very patient, thorough, and clearly knows his stuff! I also really appreciated the time he took to write up weekly schedules with workouts/exercises to specifically help me recover. Not only this, but he has since followed up with me asking how the quad and everything is! I will definitely be coming to him with any other trouble I’m having throughout my sports career. :)

(January 2, 2022, 9:52 pm)I highly recommend TJ for anyone who is seeking a physical therapist. He is thorough, patient, and explains everything in a manner which can be easily understood. He walks you through each activity to help you understand how this contributes to the rehabilitation process. You can tell TJ really cares and is invested in his patients best interest. He does not give a one size fits all program and provides individualized video instruction for at home exercises.

(July 28, 2021, 11:56 am)After many rough years of searching for the perfect doctor or physical therapist, I finally found the right one. TJ not only fixed my knee injury and scoliosis pain, but he took his time to find ways to prevent other problems from happening. The exercises he gives is something I have never seen before, but I have never felt healthier or fitter in my entire life. He is not just someone who you go to for your body, but he also gives advice and makes his own environment a comfortable place to be. If it weren’t for him and the programs he has provided me with, I would not be the person and athlete I am today!
