Very friendly doormen, responsible management, quiet neighbors, wide variety of amenities (rooftop, pool, gym), and gorgeous apartments (high quality finishes, top notch sound-proofing). Move-in/out was quick and hassle-free. Location can't be beat with all the restaurants nearby.

(February 24, 2021, 3:45 pm)Loved our 2.5 years at EVGB....management were responsive and easy to deal with and the staff were like family - nothing ever too much trouble. Great sound proofing on the windows when shut, so quiet and good space for NYC.....it was just an easy place to live with great amenities and location....would move back in a heartbeat if we return to NYC.....
