(August 14, 2023, 12:46 pm)My sister was a patient in sub-acute rehab at Evergreen twice. Once for 2 months and once for 1.5 months, both times after a crippling traumatic brain injury. She received EXCELLENT care. Jen and her Therapy Team are amazing... special thanks to Renee, Chris and Danielle for their continuous patience, hard work and persistence in getting her strong enough to get out of the bed, sit up on her own and do transfers from bed to chair to toilet etc. I also have to thank Nurse Jamie and Nurse Aubrey for their compassionate care and going above and beyond to manage her care. Another special thank you to the Aides who cared for her on a daily basis, especially Fran, for watching over her care and helping her to laugh again. All of the Aides and nurses did a fabulous job caring for her. My sister has spent a lot of time recently in hospitals and rehab facilities. Her favorite place is Evergreen! Thank you!!!

(July 28, 2023, 11:51 am)It's going on 2 years since my mom came here. After a few minor cliches in the beginning. Not bathing because of staff shortages and losing some of her clothes in laundry because her name was not on them. Everything is going great. The nursing staff has been great keeping me in the loop about her treatment and the office staff has been great in helping me with finance. This is one of the better nursing homes I have seen.

(July 7, 2023, 1:22 pm)My grandfather-in-law lived his final days here. The staff loved him and he loved them right back! Also one of the cleanest facilities I’ve ever seen! Staff is caring and knowledgeable.
