  Our family has been working with Shana for several months to help one of our children develop strategies for managing anxiety. We have been so impressed with her thoughtful, strategic and clear approach. It has helped us, as a family, create consistency in how we handle anxious episodes and we have watched our child improve as they learn to recognize their "worry brain" versus their "thinking brain." Shana has been wonderful about communicating with us and helping us navigate any and all issues that have come up along the way. She is also very gentle and calming in how she speaks with our child and our child feels so comfortable with her. We highly recommend Shana!

  Karina Is my therapist - she is incredible & super amazing. She is so kind and understanding & caring. She has helped me so much dealing with my anxiety and my depression. She truly understands me and helps me to work on bettering myself and working through my mental health issues. I would definitely recommend her - starting therapy with her has greatly changed my life. I look forward to our Thursday weekly therapy sessions. She helps me so much. So grateful to her and to Evergreen Counseling.

  Working with Alexis is like confiding in the best kind of friend, one who's smart and caring, who listens well, and doesn't judge. And while our relationship feels so natural and comfortable, it's entirely professional. She reminds me to give myself credit when I've made progress and to give myself and others grace when life is challenging (um, 2020 anyone?). I trust her entirely and would be happy to work with any member of the Evergreen team. If you're thinking about working with a therapist, try Evergreen. Seriously.

  Evergreen Counseling is a great place. I work with Alexis, who is nothing short of amazing- even her office is amazing! So comfortable, and you feel like a priority. I have never gotten the opportunity to work with any of the other therapists, but knowing how dedicated Alexis is, I know they are amazing as well. I have been working with Alexis for over a year, and have never looked back.
