  Used Estates to replace our old wood burning prefab insert with a new gas insert. We wanted a different unit than what they generally carry (due to the lack of lighting in their Regency products) and they were luckily able to get our desired unit (Enviro). We mainly spoke to Dean but various people were involved in this process and everyone was superb with explaining everything! We love the look of our new insert and are really happy with Estates. The office manager, Karen, is amazing and was super helpful in several occasions. We would definitely recommend Estates to anyone looking to upgrade their fireplaces!

  They replace our old gas fireplace with a newer updated model. The installers were very perfetional & knowledgeable . The workmanship was quality & clean. I would 100% recommend them . After the install, me & my wife had purchased the non combustible mantel from Estates and completed the stone ourselves.

  Nothing but the best service every time! We purchased a stove from Estates Chimney several years ago and had excellent install and service. We recently moved into a new home and just couldn’t go without a stove! We went right back to Estates without question! Turn around time was approximately 2 weeks from purchase to install! Took the installers one full day and they were amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure a perfect seamless install!

  I have had my gas stove for at least 8 years, the install was perfect, and have had no issues with the regency unit. I highly recommend regency products as my sister has a wood burning insert and has had that for about the same time and it works beautiful also. love it.

  Easy process from start to finish. All employees are very knowledgeable, and professional. The installation was quick and clean… it was throughly explained how to use the unit once install was finished. The team took time to answer any questions also. Highly recommend!
