(June 17, 2023, 2:09 pm)It's probably the best ramen place on Long Island right now. Wonderfully designed open kitchen with comfortable seatings.
Staff is very attention to detail kind. I felt a bit cold before ordering food, and I caught with the corner of my eye how the member of staff noticed it and turned off the AC without me saying a word about it. That's what I call "I care about my customers" worker.
The food is delicious. Besides the fancy appetizers and ramen bouls, I definitely recommend trying their Yuzu spice - wonderful refreshing drink with smoking rosemary.
I am personally not about this one, but they have a great selection of vegan options, which my friend was happy about.
Recommending the place to all of my friends and definitely coming back -

(May 20, 2023, 12:48 pm)Excellent food. The homemade tofu tasted fresh and was flavorful. Better than any I've ever had. I ordered a Yozu spice mocktail made with matcha. The matcha was subtle but noticable and balanced the sweetness of the Yozu. I added the hardboiled egg to the Aka Tonkotsu and requested some of their hot sauce and it will as excellent. The eggs are marinated for 24 hours and very tasty and the homemade hot sauce is spicy and excellent. (I ordered some to go.)

(April 30, 2023, 10:13 am)UPDATE: Do not get the Togarashi Nasu (fried eggplant hot starter); it is not vegan (even though it says so on the menu) because a worker recently informed us that they fry the eggplant in the same oil as the chicken. I just wish they were more upfront about it and advertised it correctly on the actual menu.

Get Matt's Vegan Ramen! It's the best ramen I've ever had. Super flavorful. And you can get the chili oil for an extra kick ($1.50). Other stuff I have tried from this place are the vegan starters which are good.
Even our non vegan friend who got the beef ramen agreed that the vegan ramen was the best ramen there and the beef one was not that good. He ended up ordering the vegan one as well! Been there a couple times already, it's one of my favorites. Location is also very close to campus which is a plus.
Moreover the service is exceptional. The waiting staff is so amazing at serving us, probably the best service I have experienced firsthand. They go above and beyond by making sure our glasses are always filled with water, we have extra napkins and utensils, and that we are truly having the best dining experience. This is my go to place for ramen and I come here quite often!
My main gripe with this place is that they do not have vegan dessert options otherwise I would definitely like to try something from their dessert menu if they had something for us! -

(April 5, 2023, 8:29 pm)Absolutely amazing!! We ordered two drinks - Yuzu and Daikon, fried chicken wings and two MUs. The chicken is very very juicy. Daikon is the taste of smoked ume, a little sour. The ramen is also tasty. This place is clean and well decorated. A little bit pricey for students at SBU but totally worth it for occasional try.

(August 11, 2022, 9:06 am)Probably some of the best ramen in the area. It’s refined and doesn’t rely on excessive salt for flavor. We started with the vegetarian buns which were delicious, the tofu was incredibly tasty and I highly recommend. Will definitely return.
