(August 4, 2023, 7:02 am)Very cute lounge. Ashley greeted me when I came in. She's very sweet. We chatted for a bit while she made my drink. Then I dined on a healthy breakfast as I waited for my flight. The area was cool in temp and clean. A nice place to wait before you board your flight!

(June 30, 2023, 9:06 am)We are currently at the Escape Lounge waiting for our flight. The food is good and the space is nice and quiet. Ashley has been especially attentive and amazing. Her kindness and grace towards us and my 92 yr old mom should be mentioned. We had mimosas and notice we had finished and just brought us another. This is the perfect place to relax and wait for your flight! Thanks Ashley !

(June 9, 2023, 7:44 pm)It's a very busy private lounge at Bradley Airport. The staff were very nice. Tables kept clean as soon as passengers left.
Complimentary access on my upgraded flight with Aer Lingus.
It would be nice if it was a little bigger but I suppose you need to work with the space you have. -

Limited selection of food, but the sandwiches were good. Seating was comfortable, and the place was quiet. WiFi is fast enough for getting work done. The lounge is quite small, but it’s reasonable given the size of BDL. Check in was easy.
