  About a year ago, my stepfather took a fall that led to a significant decline in his functioning. Desperate for some guidance for a home health care agency, I reached out to a friend who works to keep elderly in their homes and immediately she recommended Erika's. She guaranteed that we would be in good hands and she was right. Home health care is a tricky business to find good staff and then match those staff with clients and the client's family! Both Erika and Jackie have gone above and beyond to help find the right fit and make adjustments when needed. They do their best to support everyone both staff, clients, and families. They communicate regularly to ensure things remain a good fit and follow the lead of the family as issues arise for the best interest of the client. This is a tricky business and Erika's works hard to provide the best care possible.

  Erika is THE MOST caring, dedicated, honest people. She is an expert in home health care. There is no comparison for the compassion she has for her clients and their families. Always going the extra mile, above and beyond. Once you meet her you will instantly feel how much she cares. The BEST there is. You will agree!

  Erika's Home Care is a Home within a home . The love , care, honesty , affection , loyalty and professionalism that they brought to the table is above and beyond. There are no limits to the care and love they shows your family. They are honest enough to tell you what they can do and they will offers only the best, the health and well being of your love one is very important, making your love one happy is their greatest goal.They will put aside their personal free time to be with your love one if they require it or not. Jackie will always be available to answer your call and be on top of everything if she says it will be done , it will be done ASAP. Her communication is extremely great and making sure you get more than what you deserve is her priority. Erika is one of the sweetest person ever if she said I will do it , I bet you she will if the atmosphere is not right the minute she walks in that room is a ray of sunshine and after talking with her the confidence that she gives is beyond questioning.She knows how to turn a "no" into " yes" a frown into a smile and that is why I would recommend anyone to their company

  Erika is a gem. She brings, knowledge, experience,
  a kind heart and a compassionate soul to this work.
  My family member was highly resistant to 24/7 care although that was absolutely what needed to happen in order to stay in her own home. I watched Erika perform a “miracle” as she gently, with kindness and respect helped this lifestyle change happen. Our family had almost given up before this. I live 500 miles away and am the family member in charge of coordinating my family member’s care. Erika has helped me solve problems small and large. Anyone choosing Erika’s Homecare will be making a wise choice for themselves and their family member!
