  After placing a request for a certain size of suv at a different location and having no luck I remembered that I rented from this one many years ago and never had a problem so I decided to do so and the process was quick and painless. You're greeted by every employee the moment you walk in and there was no wait time for me. I was in and driving out in less than 10 minutes. They know their jobs and do it well plus they are welcoming. Kudos to them, hope they get paid well.

  I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a rental car. Their exceptional service, and their timely, professional, amazing and friendly staff make for a truly outstanding rental experience. One of the best services dealing with car rental. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

  I have rented from the Morris Ave. Union branch 3 times over the last 2 years, and each time have been extremely satisfied both with the car, as well as with the customer service -- the cars have been in good condition and clean, and the people there have always been patient, cheerful and efficient.
  This last experience was above and beyond my expectations: after we returned the car, we realized that we had accidentally left the garage door opener in the car. Another office may have just shrugged it off and said it's not my problem since the transaction had already been completed, but they didn't do that. Mat took the time to look up my contract, find out where the car was and arranged to have the opener brought back to his branch. Wow!!! That is truly remarkable service -- I commend him and his colleagues for working hard to please me. I will definitely return to this branch and recommend it to others!

  Great experience. Very nice staff, Vincent was very accommodating. I was lucky to have Jada help me. Just Wow, she was extremely helpful and had a great attitude, even in a Friday 5 min before closing. She el really embodies customer service. She went way out of her way to help us out. I strongly recommend this location bust specially If you get to work with Jada.
