  Great service, vehicle they said they’d have for us they did. They did charge my spouse as an additional driver which they shouldn’t have. Upon returning the vehicle we pointed that out and the staff refunded that money with no issues. Very satisfied.

  Highly recommend the Vernon location the manger Katie and her staff are super helpful and professional! The team goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. Vehicles are clean and ready will maintained.

  From the driver that picked me up to Katy the branch manager...everyone was attentive, friendly and talented in the ways of customer service, outstanding actually! The office was very busy, this did cause a slight delay in folks getting serviced and numerous issuses were popping up but the staff handled everyting VERY well, Katy was right in there hands on assisting both customers and staff. I have 42 years in the customer service business both doing it and training others to do it so I know a little something about what right looks like and they nailed it.

  Emergency situation where my car needed to go in the shop immediately on a Thursday morning. I was able to come same day and pick up my rental by 1pm. No hassle, super informative, and friendly staff! I waited for about 5 minutes but someone made sure to address me and let me know I would be helped shortly. There was ice cold water available (it was the hottest day of the year) and when my car was ready the a/c was on full blast. I was supposed to return the car by 1pm Monday but my personal vehicle wasn’t ready until 1 pm and I was at work until 5:30. They adjusted my overall charge and I was able to drop off after hours with no issues.
