(August 1, 2023, 10:32 am)Rob is the person you want to ask for! He was very kind , helpful and understanding. I had a car given to me that was dirty and smelled like smoke and I immediately went back to exchange it for something else and he was extremely understanding and apologized for the lack of cleanliness and smell. The fact that the car was dirty and smelled though was very unsettling especially since I knew I would be driving the car for at least a week. Rob got me into a newer car and went out and cleaned it himself before I got the keys. Rob clearly took customer service seriously.

(July 12, 2023, 7:50 am)From initial reservation to the pick up and drop off Rob at Manahawkin Enterprise was fantastic. We needed a mini van to travel as a family with our elderly parents. A mini van was needed to allow our parents to ride comfortably but most importantly be able to enter the vehicle without stepping up and into a vehicle due to surgeries and abilities. We know in the current market finding EXACT vehicle is difficult to achieve. Rob went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure we had a mini van vs an SUV. The car was clean and ready when we arrived. Rob's customer service was incredible!!!! We will definitely be back again! Thanks Rob for making our special weekend adventure perfect with this accommodation!
