  I had a very good experience at Enterprise Hudson. I dealt primarily with Wallace Stephen's, the branch manager, who I found always polite and responsive to my needs. I was initially assigned a mid-size car, but when I explained that I was picking up family at the airport, he got me into a car with a larger trunk. Overall, everyone I met at their office was friendly and constantly asking if I needed anything. That's the kind of service that will make me a repeat customer.

  They were awesome. They picked me up from Cole's Repair Shop, Kinderhook where my car was supposed to be getting repaired. No waiting around, picked up in a timely manner. I had a great car,great service, great employee service. I gave them 5 stars 🌟 and I would definitely recommend them if you need a rental car for your car loss,or just to get away for the weekend. Thank you Enterprise!!

  The gentlemen that work there are absolutely wonderful. Nick took care of me & took the time to go over the "controls". He answered all my questions, and didn't make me feel stupid.

  I needed a rental while my car was in the shop. I was really pleased with my overall experience with Enterprise’s Hudson office. They were able to pick me up and drop me off at the auto body shop, the check-in was quick. Taylor got me acquainted with the rental car and answered all of the questions I had. The car was in great condition and very clean. All of the staff were very friendly and I will definitely use them again.

  Staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in was quick and all my questions were answered. The car was clean. I even received a personal call the next day to ensure everything went smoothly! I like making reservations on the app. This is my third rental with enterprise and I’m very happy.
