  It was nice. I guess first one to have it for over 6 months. As my Mercedes GL450 got hit and was delaying parts. Finally insurance considered it total, just to finish rental and decided to issue me total loss. That is where problem occurred with Enterprise, as they discontinued insurance rental and willing to rent it to me but with double rental price. Which is not fare at all. Why not renting me on same insurance rental value. I was disappointed on this and rented from the another rental company.
  If it was couple days or week insurance rental, that is OK to change price for same customer. But after 6 months of special insurance rental. They charged me for double the price. Only for 5 days…. Please inform everyone. My card charged for over $300 only for 4 days rental. If possible inform everyone. Customer not important for enterprise, only for insurance, even customer had to yse it for 6 months.

  This was my first time renting from enterprise of Wallingford CT.. what a great experience! I’m will definitely rent from here again. Service was excellent!
