  Jerry & Jimmy were very professional, kind / courteous and worked with me very easily to get me in the correct vehicle. I found this enterprise on my own after many phone calls after a bad experience with Danbury enterprise
  
  Bad experience with Danbury Enterprise: Danbury was automatically booked for me by locality. This is not the first time with this company that I was given a very random vehicle that I felt completely unsafe in. I had to switch out vehicles in the past due to this incovenience of not knowing what vehicle I would be driving till the last possible moment. Supposedly it is enterprise policy to not notify a customer of what car the will be driving, which I feel is a terrible policy - because you should know what car you are going to be driving for a few weeks out of safety concerns. You need to be able to feel comfortable in a vehicle first off for yours and your families safety, but also for the cars safety and others on the road. Danbury showed up with a rather large SUV which was much larger than my Forester at my local body shop, at which point I felt like I was dealing with a salesman who was trying to sell me stuff.. on top of the fact I def. did not feel comfortable at all in the vehicle. I go to make payment and find out that it is above the rate that my insurance company covers.. just like wow come-on at-least notify or warn me about that so I can tell you otherwise before you waste my time.
  
  Great experience with Ridgefield with Jerry & Jimmy: when I called Jerry was extremely friendly and was able to let me know what vehicles he had available right away versus Danbury who said they could not give me any specific information. when I got to their facility we then finally found a vehicle that would work for me. (it needed an oil change) and they had it taken care of it asap! The vehicle was very clean! Jimmy helped us with the final details, answered any further questions we had and also made a very courteous follow up call the next day to make sure everything was going well. That is top notch service! the type of service Enterprise should be proud of and only wish other facilities would follow in their footsteps.
