  I always rent a car for work purposes and I usually try to get it from Enterprises all over the USA. First time I use this branch and I can say that these guys are the best ever. Very friendly, very helpful. They give you reminder calls, they try to help you the best way they can.

  Nice people, I needed a rental cause I got into an accident recently and they hooked me up. I have a 2018 Hyundai and they gave me a 2020 Dodge Charger base model. They actually gave me an infinity q50 but I didn’t like it so the next day they let me change it. The charger has no brakes, not sure if they really maintain the cars..

  We needed a work truck, but due to auto production issues the delivery of the 2022 Toyota Tundra we were buying was very delayed. In the interim we needed to to rent a truck. We had never rented a car for the long term. Enterprise treated us very well and got us the right truck for our job. We ended up renting flatbed trucks from Enterprise for almost 5 months. They swapped out trucks when there were factory recalls or other issues and really worked with us to provide another large truck to meet our needs. The manager Mattie and the customer service were excellent, they were very responsive and they made the rental renewals easy. Enterprise Paramus North is now my go to for all my car rentals needs. I highly recommend using Enterprise Paramus North.

  I have been a customer here for many years. I always book well in advance, and my vehicle is always clean and waiting for me. The staff is friendly and efficient, it usually only takes a few minutes to get on the road. The vehicle I had end of June had some damage, but I needed a large vehicle and the Nissan Armada they rented to me was terrific. YOU SHOULD KNOW that while their computer will take a 5pm reservation, they actually close at that time, I strongly suggest erring on the side of early.
