ENT and Allergy Associates - Tarrytown

Dr. Bergstein is the consummate professional. He is bright, friendly, and an excellent communicator. He is an asset to this practice and his field in general. I am blessed to be under his care for years. Highly recommended. A+++.

Dr. Budenz, her team and then staff at the Tarrytown office for ENT and Allergy have been wonderful throughout the time I have been a patient with them. Even when they're very busy, they've always been so patient and kind in helping me deal with my health issue, I've been to other doctors and it isn't always like that. So I really appreciate how much this team cares for patients like me because it's so much more daunting to feel like you're on your own after you come out of the doctor's office. Thanks Dr. Budenz and the whole team out in Tarrytown :D

This was my first time visiting the Tarrytown ENT office. I found Dr. Mark Davis-Lorton to be very pleasant and knowledgeable as well as his nurse. She was very friendly, professional and welcoming. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and very helpful as well. Although he needed an assistant to cut down on the line & wait time. There should be two people at the front desk as opposed to one. I’m not sure if there are two people there because my appointment was at 5:30pm. Which was also great, because I didn’t have to take off from my job. All staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience! the new office is beautiful, bright and well staffed. It is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. The staff keep things running smoothly and on time. Dr Jourdy was wonderful, he explained each step of the way and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt very confident that I was in good hands, he is gentle, caring, very knowledgeable and friendly as well.

First time client, making the appointment was easy and smooth. The office is clean and modern looking. Once i got there for my 4PM, i filled out some paper work on a tablet(tech savvy kinda place). At 4:10 they called me in for a hearing test(not why i was there but part of process). I’m thinking wow this was great, quick. Once the test was over i was advised to go back to the waiting room for the doctor to call me 😏🤨🧐. This is where i was thrown off. They made me wait for another hour and 10 minutes until they called me to see the doctor. 🤦🏻‍♂️

The doctor however was amazing. Dr Zalvan deserves 6 stars. Very knowledgeable, kind, and was able to resolve my issue right away. I would recommend him to friends and family.
