Office is well run and very courteous to all patients. Love Dr LAZAR and her assistant Always very thorough. Dr LAZAR is an excellent E N T physician but also a warm and welcoming doctor.
Setting up appointments, check ins, and rescheduling are easy. Courtesy calls and reminders are on point. Wait time is not long. Dr. Camacho-Halili is great. If you suffer from asthma and allergies, I highly recommend this practice.
We visited Dr. Hekiert as a second opinion for my 5 year old daughter who had an ear tube grow into her ear drum and was repaired but continues to have not healed properly. Dr. Hekiert was fantastic with my daughter and her fears of getting her ears examined but also was very attentive to my concerns as a parent. She was able to steer me toward a surgeon who she was confident would be able to help my daughter regain normal hearing again. Since our visit I’ve scheduled a consult with that surgeon and am hoping Dr. Hekiert’s recommendation is successful for my daughter. Truly grateful for her help and expertise.
Side note, the office building the Bridgewater location is in could use some significant repairs. I am sure this is not in the hands of the practice though. The office suite itself is neat and well kept but the public bathroom, elevators, and stairwells were not equally maintained at all. Building owners and maintenance should work to repair the issues, including what seems to be a honeybee infestation on the outside of the building which you can see through one of the stairwell windows.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hekiert. I felt she took her time and explained everything very clearly to me. I feel like I am in very good hands here.
