(August 9, 2023, 5:09 pm)Five star experience with Nick from Energy Resources. We were looking for a replacement grill with very specific measurements due to a precut space in our outside kitchen. Not only was he knowledgeable and courteous, but he guided in the right direction, no pressure. After the grill was purchased, he communicated the next steps, ending with a flawless install. Made a call to Energy Resources two weeks after install, to which Nick eagerly came to check out himself and answered any remaining questions we had. Will certainly revisit Energy Resources and share with anyone in need.

(July 2, 2023, 1:59 pm)Energy Resources installed a direct vent insert for us a few months ago and we are very satisfied. The installation was meticulous and completed quickly. We are so happy with the way the insert looks and it kept us very warm this winter. Even when not in use our family room is several degrees warmer due to no more draft.
After installation the township inspector damaged the finish on the faceplate. I called Brandon and he told me not to worry about a thing and he would come back out and fix it, which he did. This wasn't something he had to do, but it speaks volumes about the way he runs his business.
On top of all this the price was very reasonable and much lower than the quote we received from a competitor. If you're looking for a gas fireplace insert, look no further than Energy Resources! -

(January 26, 2021, 1:49 pm)Fantastic company to do business with. They are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They came out to service our pellet stove in our new house and pointed out to us how dangerous (and not up to code) the installation was. They provided us with options to resolve the issue and we ended up going with removal of the pellet stove and a new natural gas fireplace installation in its place. The quote we received was very fair especially for the quality of the product and work. When work began, they laid out drop clothes on all the surfaces they were walking on and left the room spotless when they were done. The installation was very quick and painless. They handled all the permits and inspection scheduling themselves. I will be doing business with them again and I recommend anyone looking for a fireplace installation or service do the same.
