  I've been coming to this establishment for well over a decade now & have noticed dedication to using new technology throughout the years. My most recent visit was above & beyond, which I greatly appreciate. The staff are always so kind & helpful.
  
  I noticed that a lot of the negative reviews have to do with the phone system, which the staff at this location have no control over, it's a national business using an automated phone service. It does not reflect on the professionalism of the staff at this location. They're exceptional & I am entirely grateful for them.

  This place is amazing!!! I have my wedding coming up and needed a appointment immediately!!! They were booked out till October but managed to get me in and set me up with an appointment within days of my call and stayed in contact with me the whole time. They went above and beyond to make things happen for me. I am forever grateful to the doctor and staff I recommend them for anyone who needs a caring and understanding eye doctors office who takes your needs into consideration and makes the time for you.

  I am that type of customer that is worried to call because I was worried it was gonna take a month before getting my glasses in .... I ended up taking a chance and calling told them how someone stole my glasses and I cannot see!!! Little did I know, I would be getting off the phone having glasses sent to me in 7 to 10 business days !! SUPER EASY!! Helped me immediately! I could not believe it! They went above and beyond for me and my eyes, I truly appreciate this company! They are all so sweet and helpful and knowledgeable! Highly Recommend! 👁️♥️

  First, the employee at the desk (Angela) is fabulous. She's professional, but understanding, helpful, pleasant and kind. She answered all of my questions and when I had voiced my concerns about having a telehealth appointment, she took the time to explain it to me and reassure me that it would be a positive experience. She was correct! I thought it was great. Also, the woman who did my exam and walked me through everything was fantastic. She also was kind, reassuring and so professional. These woman are an asset to this particular office and overall business. For anyone who may be questioning whether a telehealth appointment is worth trying, it definitely is!! It's easy and you lose nothing in the process, meaning you still see a doctor but remotely, but the eye exam doesn't lack in any area and it's thorough. It was my 1st time doing my appointment this way, and I have no complaints. It was an easy, positive experience!
