  I highly recommend Empire Toyota Service. They are honest and their techs always do a fantastic job with my 2003 Tacoma. They've never tried to push any unnecessary repairs or products on me. They're also very competitive with their pricing without having to ask for it. Special thanks to William Bonilla for his friendliness, honest advice, attention to detail, and great communication. I can't say enough good things about how he treats his customers!

  I had ordered running boards and they arrived which is why I went in to get then installed. They were great with appointment options for me and when I arrived they took me right away and gave me an estimated time of completion which was very accurate. I got a call to let me know my car was ready for pickup and the checkout was quick and smooth!

  The mechanics are excellent. The service advisors I used really cared about my car and tried to help me in any way possible. The dealer provided a loaner when they had to keep the car overnight. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly.

  Toyota team were very fast had me in and out. Didnt wait long for the 20k mile service. Also I didn't realize that I needed my inspection done and they got it done right away. It worked out for me. The waiting area is very clean, quiet and comfortable. They have a self serve coffee area which is nice for those who drink coffee or cappuccino. Definitely will be returning for my car maintenance.

  I met with Sunny Dalavai, the Assistant Service Manager at Empire Toyota of Huntington. I usually meet with Sunny because he is very helpful and knowledgeable in resolving issues with my car. He is very professional yet friendly, he doesn’t use any pressure tactics. Rather, he presents the issues and how it can be fixed, gives me a realistic view of the associated costs and lets me decide on next steps. You see that he respects and cares about his customers, and genuinely wants to help them as much as he can. I was in and out of the service center considering the work I needed to have done. The technicians at Empire Toyota at Huntington are also very skilled and I’ve always been very pleased and confident in the work they do. I unreservedly recommend Sunny Dalavai and Empire Toyota of Huntington.
