  I had a great experience at this dealership. I was given the pleasure to have Melany as my sales consultant. She assisted me to the best of her capability to find the right car for me. The cars that were presented to me by her along with the price were unbeatable in comparison to other dealerships I’ve went to. If you come in and have her as your consultant, you are in good hands. Certainly will come back for my future vehicles!

  I just bought a used 2020 Honda Passport Sport AWD from Empire Honda of Manhasset and I could not be happier with my vehicle. I found this Passport online and worked over the phone with Melaney for about a week to get this car. She was absolutely fantastic, answered all my questions quickly, and made the over the phone experience so easy. When it came to finally get the car, the dealership experience was excellent. When I got there the car was already set to go (It even came with a full tank of gas!), the paperwork process was quick, and I didn’t experience the sales pressure to buy extras that is typical of the car buying experience. Overall, Melaney and everyone else at Empire Honda were fantastic. I was also so impressed with how clean and like new the car was… you’d never know it was used.
  
  For anyone considering a Passport, I absolutely love mine. Before I had a CR-V but knew I wanted something larger and was debating between a Pilot or a Passport. If you don’t need a third row, the Passport blows the Pilot and the CR-V out of the water… it’s such an amazingly versatile vehicle. For starters, because it shares the same engine as the Pilot, but is 6in shorter, it performs and handles more like a wider CR-V. Also, that 6in chopped off makes a huge difference when it comes to the driving experience since you don’t have the same rear sway the Pilot gives. Also, even though you’re in a 4000lbs SUV, it doesn’t feel like you’re handling an SUV that large, but at the same time doesn’t compromise on the safety and comfort you’d expect to feel in an SUV that large. The interior has plenty of room and will comfortably seat 5 with ample leg and head room for the second row. There’s plenty of interior storage with a large center console, lots of door pockets, a hidden trunk compartment, and more cup holders than seats. By far my favorite thing about the Passport is having up to 100 cubic feet of cargo space with the second row folded down. That with 8.1in of ground clearance and skid plates makes this such a versatile SUV. In terms of “off-road” capabilities, it’s no 4-Runner, but then again it’s not meant to be… although it will definitely show-up any comparable SUV in its class (Ex. Subaru Forester + Ascent). That being said, it is very capable and is more of a “rough roader” or “trail runner” and can handle what most people would need, especially those who like the outdoor lifestyle. My only flaw about this car, and it’s so minuscule, is that there is no auxiliary power outlet in the trunk which is useful for outdoor activities, although I think it comes in the higher trims.
  
  I traveled across the state and getting this Honda Passport took a total round trip time of 22 hours and I would do it again. For starters, the price of this Passport was unbeatable (even in this horrible market). After all the $$$$$ were added up, I ended up with a car $3000 less than anything nearly as good near me before taxes and fees, so in reality I probably saved $6000-7000. But beyond that, the dealership experience was far superior to anything I’ve experienced, and the customer service was what you’d expect from an Apple Store. Melaney was especially kind and it was the little things like asking that I send a text after my 8 hour cross-state drive to let her know I made it back that showed she and Empire Honda cared about the customer. Overall, I could not have had a more positive experience and when it comes time to buy another Honda I would return to Empire Honda of Manhasset.

  Nicholas Caesar was great to work with. I liked that he was not pushy while I was looking at the cars. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his honesty and patience during the process.

  Dealership was beyond any expectations I’ve ever experience. I’ve gone to other dealerships and honestly never have a good experience. Empire just had the overall professionalism, from sales to ride off. William Mecca, the financial manager, was beyond amazing! Any questions I had he answered and with ease. Provided me with every detail, never missing a step and ensured I drove off with exactly what I wanted. Key pointers, he listened, is professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. On top of it all, I got a personalized tour of my brand new car showing every detail and breaking down what everything is. Car was parked right in front of doors clean and ready. There was no hesitation or drag as some dealerships tend to just want sales and not have any customer service. That was not this case at all. I have recommended and will continue to do so! You will not be disappointed! Ask for William Mecca he is honestly the best !!

  I'm extremely happy with purchase today, I have Prince my sales rep showing me the car, he is patient and not pushy at all. Then next the used car sales manager which I apologize for forgetting his name. He is direct, knowledgeable and realistic with negotiating for trade in and final sales price. Lastly William the finance manager, he is professional and provide you any questions you may have with your terms and apr rate, don't forget to ask for extended warranty and other services. Thank you all for the seamless car purchasing experience.
