  Dr. Alla Pavlushkin has worked wonders when it came to me. I have had sever top jaw crowding my entire life and I’ve been to multiple orthodontics. Many have advised that I should see an oral surgeon to have my jaw realigned because of my bite. Some also requested that I should have spacers on the top roof of my jaw, and even requested some removal of more teeth. I was sooo against it all. I even went to see a few Invisalign orthodontist prior to Dr. Alla P. Which Some took my money, then ended up refunding it back to me because they said my case was too complicated. I really wanted Invisalign because I felt the shame of wearing regular metal braces as an adult. The last orthodontic prior to Dr. Alla gave me false hope…. Once he return my money I pretty much gave up and then two months later my husband went in for a cleaning with Dr Alla P. He advised me that they do Invisalign and that I should go check them out. I told him no at first, because I was sick of being turned away or being refunded my money, but I went in for cleaning instead. I immediately felt so comfortable with Dr allla and her incredible staff. She talked me into giving it one more try because she assured me that she can in fact help me. At first I was skeptical, but decided hey why not and I have to say it has changed my life. It is the best decision I have made. I never thought my teeth will be as straight as they are now in one year. It’s been a miracle with me. I’m still receiving treatment, but they are very straight already. I used to look like a vampire and now I have actual straight teeth. Thank you Dr Pavlushkin and staff. I

  Dr. Alla is AMAZING! She clearly puts forth a plan of action that makes sense and explains in detail what needs to be done and why. She looks at the big picture to correct all problems and anticipates possible issues. I am thrilled with her work ethic and find her to be an accomplished physician. Would highly recommend!!! ❤️❤️❤️

  I was referred to Dr. Alla by a friend.
  After receiving a horrible implant with my old dentist I was so happy to find Dr. Alla.
  She listened to my story of receiving bad dental care from several places..
  
  So far I have had two dental implants and was very happy with Dr. Ref the oral surgeon that Dr. Alla recommended..
  
  I also had a crown replaced recently and Dr. Alla made sure it was a perfect fit!!
  
  I keep up with dental cleanings with Sletvana, who is an expert in dental hygiene. I have my teeth cleaned at least 3 times a year to help my teeth and gums remain healthy!!! I recommend regular cleaning.. it’s so important!
  
  Also, the receptionists are always professional and helpful with scheduling.
  
  I highly recommend Empire Dental for all your dental needs!!!

  I was very fortunate to come to Dr. Pavlushkin’s office as she is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personal. I always had a hard time going to dentists, but Dr. Pavlushkin made my experience very pleasant and painless.
  After being to numerous dentists I can certainly say, that she is one of the best ones out there!
