The employees are always accommodating to my special requests & making sure my food is the way I like & it always tastes great!! I even love how there is seating inside as well as outside when the weather is nice

(January 5, 2023, 12:25 pm)First time to Empire and I thoroughly enjoyed my sandwich. My sandwich was better than expected and came out quickly. I expected just a simple bagel shop, but had my expectations beat, I will be back to try other items on the menu.

(December 14, 2022, 3:24 pm)The decor is fitting and the food is fresh. It's my 2nd time going, and I am not disappointed. There are many options to choose from, It's not just bagels. My one small complaint
.. which I have heard others say the same is... they still do not have a paper take-home menu. I am sure I can google it, but it's nice to have a menu to keep and pass around when doing a phone order.
