Aaron was so helpful! I had a confusing situation: our banking info was stolen so we needed to close that account and open a new one. There are two of us on the account. I was talking to him but my wife’s email is on the account. He took the payment that was past due and explained what we need to do next. Aaron was upbeat and cheerful, we could hear the smile in his voice. He patiently explained things to us, two old senior citizens, and his explanations were clear and easy to understand. What a delight to speak with such a good-natured, smart kid. He represents State Farm very well, hang on to him. We have had to speak to so many reps and believe me, not many are as good as he is!
