  We have been here many times within the last year for our children, and myself, and have always had a good experience. From the moment you walk in the door, to the MA, or provider you see, everyone is kind, and listens to you. The wait is usually very minimal with or without an appointment. I would definitely recommend them.

  I’ve been here several times for different reasons from migraines to the flu and I never have to wait long. Checking in online is pretty simple. I always feel like my concerns are taken seriously and I leave with not just a prescription but papers with advice and work notes. Kristina is the best!

  I have never posted a review about anything before but my experience with emergency one in new Windsor has prompted me to do so. Do not go here!!! I went there for rib pain last Friday 5/5/23 was afraid I had a broken rib - was referred out for an x-ray - was told by the x-ray clinic my results would be forwarded to emergency one Sat the 6th but no later than Mon the 8th. I have called 4 times and still I have not received my results - the Nurse Practitioner I saw during my visit informed me that I would receive a phone call from Emergency One informing me of the results of the x-ray - but the office staff insists that all they have is the report not the actual x-rays - but according to the x-ray clinic they only send over the report. Called every day asking for results and as of today Thurs 5/11 still no results after being put on hold for over 30 minutes!!

  Always take my complaints seriously, treat to the best of their ability waited one time for longer than expected! Not going to complain about that people are sick and need the right amount of attention and help! Anderson Med PC is great!!
