  I am so grateful to have met Ms. Rivera, she has helped expand my thinking in so many ways to where I saw immediate results. I will admit i was a bit scared and apprehensive because I don't know what I don't know. She was able to walk me through exactly what was going to happen beforehand which reassured me and made me feel comfortable in trying a different approach with therapy. Ms. Rivera is phenomenal and her dedication to helping you realize / wake up to be in pursuit of the person you want to be using her different modalities is AH-MA- ZING!!! I truly have never thought so clearly.

  If you are struggling with something in your life and you truly want to get over that hurdle, I would highly, highly recommend working with Liz. I could say all the nice things about her, but I would run out of space. She is the first therapist where I didn't want to part ways, even though I had completed my work. I felt like she was an old friend and I made more progress with her than I had in traditional talk therapy--- in a fraction of the time!

  My adolescent daughter received one on one with Ms.Rivera my daughter enjoyed her sessions and made significant progress. I highly recommend Ms Rivera for all of your family’s therapeutic needs

  For 65 years I suffered with low self-esteem, shame, resentment, sadness and hopelessness. After many years of on again/off again talk therapy trying to find happiness, I finally found my knight in shining armor—Elizabeth Rivera. Her EMDR therapy, her patience and her knowledge of working with patients carrying around past trauma rescued me. After just 5 sessions with her, I truly felt like a new woman. I was able to finally surrender and let go of past hurts. In fact, I went from feeling invisible and paralyzed to feeling like an amazing new woman, with a voice that matters and a future that looks exciting. Thank you Elizabeth!
