I like Embassy a lot. I really like their mortgages. Staff is usually efficient and knows what they are doing. ...but does anyone else feel weird when they walk into this lobby? Maybe it's just me, but the set up is a little odd with no tellers behind the traditional desk. I never really know where to go.
I've never had a better experience with a bank than I have at Embassy. All of the staff have always been helpful and have gone above and beyond to meet my needs. Their rates are always competitive and they operate without unnecessary fees that other local banks do.
We opened up a small business checking account and Michael G helped us he made it so easy and fast I couldn't believe it he informed us of everything we needed to know he was on point and we appreciated that he was very friendly. We want to say thank you to Michael for his help we will be using that branch because of him
I have always had great interactions with employees. in fact, right now someone at the branch on 378 is doing me the kindness or counting around $800 in coins from my wife's school's fundraiser. I understand how inconvenient this must be but it is being done very kindly.
My church also uses Embassy for its checking and savings and the bank has always been very diligent with making sure the right people have access to accounts.
