Staff is usually efficient and knows what they are doing. ...but does anyone else feel weird when they walk into this lobby? Maybe it's just me, but the set up is a little odd with no tellers behind the traditional desk. I never really know where to go.

We want to say thank you to Michael for his help we will be using that branch because of him

(December 13, 2021, 2:40 pm)I have always had great interactions with employees. in fact, right now someone at the branch on 378 is doing me the kindness or counting around $800 in coins from my wife's school's fundraiser. I understand how inconvenient this must be but it is being done very kindly.
My church also uses Embassy for its checking and savings and the bank has always been very diligent with making sure the right people have access to accounts.
