(June 14, 2022, 9:32 am)James and Paulo are great gentlemen. First time I took my car there James offered to drop me at my house instead of letting me take Uber. That is so rare to find. My car got fixed on time and he even noticed another thing with my brakes and he fixed it for free. These guys are not just after your money but they make sure you are satisfied with the quality of the work and he will try to save you money where necessary. Very courteous and professional. Am glad I found Emanuel Auto repair. God bless you James and your father Paulo 🙏

They talk you through the problem(s) with your vehicle, give you options, and are open to always answering any questions. Their goal is to make you a returning customer thorough honesty & communication and they’ll tell you that themselves.
What others say is true, they offer to drop you off home if you’re local while they work on your vehicle, and James particularly is very responsive to texts and phone calls when he isn’t under cars or elbows deep in rebuilding a transmission. Throughout the time he works on your car, every time I think it’s about time for me to call for an update he messages me or calls me with details. He also includes pictures/ videos of the issue.
The most thorough and fairly priced mechanic I’ve ever used and now James is the ONLY mechanic I use.
** I also just learned they fix up and sell cars as well. So if you’re looking for something reliable, ask them and they’ll help you! -

(December 13, 2020, 8:17 am)I was originally recommended from a friend and couldn’t be happier with the service. I used to bring my car to the dealership. Something sounded/felt off and these guys actually took the time to look everything over thoroughly. Turned out that my rear wheel bearing was damaged! She’s driving great now and I always feel safe. No one has ever overcharged me or said I needed unnecessary repairs. Very reliable and trustworthy. Ask for James!
