(August 4, 2023, 7:39 pm)The minute I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The office staff is so kind and the physical therapists are wonderful. I walked in with such tight calf muscles. The tightness hindered my workouts and even my walking. Within only a few sessions, I felt looser and healthier. Aside from feeling better, I learned a lot about my body and what it needs if I want to be as active as I am. Thank you to Sue, Kristina, Frank, Sophia and Donna Marie for all you did to get me back on track!

(June 17, 2023, 4:01 pm)I have used Elm Tree twice now, once for a back issue and more recently for recovery from rotator cuff surgery. I must say it was a bit of a sad day for me when I completed my PT because I didn't want to stop going! Everyone, from the receptionist to the patient coordinators to the physical therapist are so professional, pleasant and caring. I want to give a shout out specifically to Erin and Gina for making me well again. You two are the best!
Elm Tree is a truly outstanding enterprise, and the owner Sue, is to be commended. I am happy this business is in Hawley -

(April 11, 2023, 4:29 pm)Kristina is THE BEST! She has helped me so much after dealing with arthritis and a slipped disc in my neck for years after a car accident. I could never find a decent physical therapist who knew how to work with my specific neck injury. Kristina has strengthened my entire body immensely and knows how to push my body just the right amount! All of the other physical therapists are great too. The assistants are so helpful and are very welcoming. They truly care and give you a lot of 1:1 support. I highly recommend Elm-tree!!

(February 8, 2023, 3:23 pm)I am a paramedic. I have worked as a paramedic long enough that it is a part of my identity, of who I see when I look in the mirror. After a major abdominal repair, I didn’t see a way back to that life- at least, not without major help. When I was able, I began looking for a physical therapist to help me heal. A friend and athletic trainer recommended me to ElmTree. My journey with them started with a Facebook message, asking for guidance. Before I knew it, I was set to start PT with Kristina at the White Mills location. I couldn’t move without pain, couldn’t touch my knees let alone my toes. Kristina was so kind, so encouraging. She had to teach a rather stubborn person how to start from the beginning again, even how to safely roll out of bed. The entire team at the Sports Factory location became my support system overnight. They became my coaches, my cheerleaders, my teammates doing the exercises with me. As the weeks passed, my “team” asked more questions about my job, about my life. My goals, our goals, were focused around this information. Kristina went above and beyond. She researched my job, my responsibilities, and created exercises to prepare me for the future I had given up on- a return to work. We mimicked patient transfers, equipment lifting, focusing always on stability so I could function in the back of the moving ambulance. ElmTree didn’t just give me my physical strength back- I found my fighting spirit again. I am a paramedic again.
