Tim, Steve, and the crew did a great job. Beautiful work and they tackled every challenge head on. We had water damage and all sorts of issues. Beyond that, they always showed up every day of the project and we’re not late once. They stayed extremely clean throughout the project, which was a large reno, and were super responsive. No nails on our yard, debris in neighbors yard, nothing. All my neighbors knew there names by the end and said hi every morning! They demoed our stucco and added siding, new roof, and even framed a couple rooms out. Thanks again!

I called Elm Street at the recommendation of the local lumber store. Tim came the next day to look at the job-to install a metal rail around my renovated deck. He gave me a fair price and came when the parts were delivered and did a great job of installing it in a day. I highly recommend them.

Tim is an honest great guy. I had some issues with the finish on the trim of my windows and he came out, inspected, and agreed it needed fixing. No questions asked replaced it free of charge. It’s not very often when you hire a contractor that they tell you what they are going to do, they tell you when they will do it and they give you a fair price - that is what we experienced with ElmStreet Exteriors. Tim was in constant communication with us and went above and beyond. They installed new siding to the front of our house, finished off windows installed by a previous contractor (who put us off for months and couldn’t finish the job), installed a new front door and storm door, as well as a new mailbox and outside light fixture. They also installed new shutters for our windows, and, for no additional charge, he special ordered a pair of shutters for our lower level window which made it look great. Tim didn’t like the way the address numbers looked on the siding so he mounted them on a plaque that he installed. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any future projects!

Tim and his team did an excellent job installing siding on our 1925 home. He had to remove difficult aluminum siding as well, which proved to be a challenge. They were professional, were on time, and they kept a clean work zone. Throughout the entire project, Tim was responsive, and kept us up-to-date on the progress, promptly answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend Elmstreet Exteriors for any home project!
