I have been a patient of Dr. Forman's since May. His professionalism, kindness and compassion are remarkable! Not only has he worked wonders in regard to the sciatica problem that has caused tremendous pain, he has become a friend.
I highly recommend him and his entire staff!

Dr. Forman is the best chiropractor! He is very attentive to his patients needs and individualizes every visit. You will not just be a number at his office you will become family. Everyone from the front desk to his right hands that set you up to prep your back, neck or whatever body part he may be working on at the time they are all wonderful. The receptionist at the front desk are very welcoming and will help you schedule appointments that fit your needs. If you have any questions or concerns with the direction in which your treatment is going you never have to feel afraid to ask Dr. Forman or get clarity on anything. You will never be left in the dark, because he will always make it clear that your progress/healing is his number one priority. Also, one other thing there is always some sort of good music playing in the room which helps set the atmosphere and allows you to relax and not feel so tense during treatment especially if your appointment is after a long day. Once he and his staff get to know you the music in the room which you are assigned to during your appointment will be personalized because Dr. Forman and his wonderful staff ensure they build great relationships with their patients and in doing so learn the type of music you would enjoy listening to during your visit. He is like no other and I assure you that you would not regret it!!!! The ambiance in his office is like no other and is conducive to progressive healing all around.

It would be difficult to find a more dedicated professional than Dr. Forman. I have been a patient of his since the 1990's (yikes!) and he has kept my spine flexible all these years by correcting curvature of the spine, pinched nerves, etc. Before considering surgery or medication for back problems, you should go see Dr. Forman. He and his team have always been very professional in every regard; professional, gentle and respectful. Dr. Forman is deeply involved in his many associations relating to different forms of wellness, from chiropractic to exercise, nutrition, I know that I've left some out, but I'm also sure he will take great pleasure in explaining them to you. All have the purpose of improving your well-being. You might say that he is a wellness guru.
Let me start by saying that I've never ever rated anything or anyone before. However, having been treated by Dr. Forman, I felt I really should share this experience. I've had troubles with both my shoulders since 2006. I saw many doctors, did too many X-rays and MRIs. After 9 years or so I just gave up and started adapting to my pain. My shoulders would some times hurt so much I couldn't move them at all. Long story short, after about 2 months of seeing Dr. Forman and a year later now my shoulders are stronger than I could ever remember.
On a personal level, Dr. Forman is a very compassionate. He truly cares about his patients well being. Respects you privacy and your time.
Over all Amazing Doctor. I'd really recommend him for everyone.
