  Dr. Jagruti Gohel has been my primary since I was about 11 years old. I’m 28 now. She has helped me in so many ways in the years I have had her. She’s very caring, she knows what she is doing and she doesn’t make you feel like a number. I’m so very proud to be her patient. The staff at Middletown medical are wonderful

  Dr Gohel is one of the best Doctors I've ever seen, very professional, respectful, kindness and honest. No matter how busy she is , always have time for me and or my family. I highly recommend her 👌

  Wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable staff. Lisa is amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Gohel for my first in-person visit since the pandemic. A lovely woman. Extremely thorough, and I even learned more before leaving. Feeling good, and we’ll taken care of. Highly recommend Dr Gohel, and her staff.

  There aren't many doctors at this location. there for the wait time can 1-2hrs past your scheduled appoint. However the service is very personal and they are very professional. Dr Gohel is a resident in middletown and she does an amazing job at trying to see all her patients at times staying late to make sure everyone is seen. Also i dont feel like just a face there.
