  Shout out to my Personal trainer Chad Flowers. Came to him looking for a form coach, I have a protruding disk so that means every movement I do has to be exactly precise. If not I risk weeks out on injury and I have a bodybuilding goal to accomplish. He has been extremely helpful and understanding about my injury and my need to push myself past limits. I don't want to be a sit on the couch bum again. Come see him in Nazareth commit to yourself, if you visit his gym webpage you get your first private session free. You can join his gym or just pay for sessions like I do since I was already in a contract.

  I joined EliteFit Athletics a little over a month and a half ago and I absolutely love it. The trainers are the best, they really know their stuff and they're able to help with whatever results you want. Everyone supports and motivates eachother which to me is amazing. I have found my own little EliteFit family here and I wouldn't trade it for anything. If you want results you've got to check this gym out. I'm down roughly 13 lbs at this point, I'm loosing inches, and gaining muscle.

  Love EliteFit. The quaint atmosphere isn't intimidating to workout in, especially for beginners. Chad is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with workouts and meal plans and always willing to help you meet your best potential. I'd highly recommend to everyone!

  I'm a pretty picky person so this review is my honest opinion 😁 I emailed the owner several months back about my teenage son who was dealing with some body image issues which I felt was causing some depression. He responded in a very timely manner and was more than willing to help. I explained that if my son knew he knew, he would never give it a try. Chad (owner) never once mentioned anything to him and my son is now feeling much better about himself. He is making way better choices with food, is seeing results, and more importantly understands how this is going to benefit him in becoming a PA State Trooper. Thank you Elite Fitness!

  After starting with Elite fitness back in the beginning of February. I have seen such progressand change within myself its amazing to me. I needed something different . I needed more of a push and thats exactlty what they did for me there. With all workouts i have been learning i can now incorporate then with my regular gym sessions. Also, provided meal plans they give to get on the right track to get you where you want and trust me i lost 20 lbs in a month, month and a half . The feeling is great and the experience is worth it!!
