  I’ve been going to Elite Strength and Performance for almost 6 years now. It’s changed my life not only physically but mentally as well. I used to be the person that said “I can’t do this” - not anymore! The workouts are tough but it’s a good challenge. Kyle is a great trainer and cares about all his clients. I’ve met some wonderful people here and have made some life long friends in the process.

  Elite Strength is a great place to work out. I’ve been working in Kyle‘s classes for six years and I really enjoy the work out. I’m very happy with the shape of my body and my physical performance. I work out in one of the group exercises at 5:30 AM which works perfect with my lifestyle. This is a great gym for all abilities beginner through expert

  You have to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to it. But is a great place. Good people. Challenging excercises.
