  I've seen Stephanie for both PT and mobility work, and she really knows her stuff! She's very thorough and detail oriented. She gave me very specific tweaks to the mobility exercises I was doing and prescribed more mobility work for my specific needs. I love working with her. She keeps this old lady doing CrossFit!!

  Dr Steph has been my PT for close to 2 years now. She has helped me get from back injury and limited movement to daily CrossFit exercise at a better level pre-injury.
  Everybody is different and no two patients will be the same - but the thing that stays constant is the PT's ability to see what needs to be done and to get the patient to actually do it. That ability is there is spades and I have seen improvement beyond what I had set out to do which was just getting back to the gym and being able to move. We found ourselves working on movement patterns that have greatly improved my running, removed allot of other pesky pains I had and will help me when I get back to hiking mountains. Can't speak more highly of Dr. Steph.
