  I can not say enough positive things about this gym! Theresa and Dametres are AMAZING! Not only do I feel motivated but I also feel supported each and every time I go for my personal training sessions. It’s a great atmosphere with everything you need to focus on your fitness. They are the best!!

  I have been training with Theresa at Elevated Wellness for a little under a year now. She is extremely kind, honest, motivational and professional. I wasn’t the type to enjoy working out until I started training with her. She truly knows what’s best for me and my body. I would recommend her (and her husband, Demetrius) to anyone!!

  I signed up at Elevated Wellness with Theresa 4 months after having my son and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself! Theresa is amazing and has really helped me get into shape. I’ve not only gotten stronger, I feel better mentally too. I love that I can talk with her about specific goals and things I want to work on (like my core after having a c-section) and she has customized a work out that works for my body to get me the results I want. It is such a personalized experience and it never feels like a cookie-cutter work out that everyone does. Plus, the fact that I can get a full body work out in 30 minutes as a busy working mom is amazing! I absolutely love going here and highly recommend it to everyone!

  I have been working out with Theresa since November of 2022. She develops these 30 minute workouts that help to strengthen your whole body. I love how quickly the sessions go by, but are also super efficient and effective. Workouts are individualized for exactly what you are looking for. I love knowing that she won’t let me give up, but will motivate and support me along the way. I am not a gym girl, but the environment that Theresa and Dametres have created is one where all are welcome! ❤️

  I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working with Elevated Wellness. From the moment I walked in I knew I wanted to join. I received a warm welcome from both owners, and they gave me the impression that they care about my fitness goals. I joined May 1st and I already noticed a significant difference in my strength and weight. Coach Meech always comes prepared for our sessions and keeps track of my workouts to ensure I’m making progress. Joining Elevated Wellness has been a blessing. I will highly recommend to everyone without hesitation.
