Elevate Physical Therapy - Darien, CT

My experience has been excellent so far. John has been efficient and thorough.

I went for a consult with my previous PT James who transitioned to ElevatePT. James is not only knowledgeable , but one of the most empathetic and encouraging practitioners I have ever worked with. I’m a perfectionist and impatient and when I would get down at myself and my progress, he would always ground me and pep talk me to understand that I am doing great despite my own thoughts. He is innovative and changes things up when those same exercises get redundant and boring. When I went there, I was not only treated by James but he introduced me to some of the other PTs and they collaborated on my condition and issues- it was great to see that kind of teamwork. He introduced me to dry needling which I had no idea about and although he didn’t do it , his Collegue Mike did and gave me a session right then and there .I had been suffering in pain for almost a year and this was a game changer!
The Pts are young and fresh and really want to make you better! I’m facing another surgery and I’m not thinking of going anywhere else.

Elevate Physical Therapy is a most professional and welcoming place. Steve is the quintessential therapist and healer whose concern for my physical, mental and emotional recovery is supportive and genuine. He understands what my rehabilitation requires and designs specific exercises and approaches that help me heal now and will also help me going forward to live better in the future. He listens to you describe how you are feeling as you check in at the beginning of each session and adjusts your plan accordingly. Emma is an invaluable part of the team that supports the therapists as she is helpful giving visual and verbal cues so that each exercise is done with purpose. Elevate Physical Therapy is in a safe environment and parking is convenient. I recommend Elevate Physical Therapy with confidence as I know you will be in excellent hands.
