Great communication, the staff is very professional, the customer service is phenomenal. The therapists at Elements provide great quality massages and are highly skilled and experienced. I always leave Elements feeling 1000% lighter and relaxed. The calm, soothing, clean facilities are inviting upon entry. 90 min later, you will not want to leave the table. I’ve seen are Sabrina, Samantha, Carina and Alex and they are all wonderful therapists.

The staff is caring and go above and beyond to make your experience the best possible. The massage was so relaxing. The massage therapist offered more pressure or less depending on what I asked for. The room, bathroom, and lobby was clean, beautifully decorated and well-kept. You are truly transported during your massage from the wonderful lighting, calming smells, warm bed, and peaceful music. I really appreciated the little details. It shows they really care about your experience. Thank you! I will absolutely be back!
