We got our products quickly and they were installed professionally in no time. We are so glad we decided NOT to do it ourselves. The product we purchased came with a lifetime warranty. Would highly recommend Elegant Windows to anyone in need of shades/blinds/curtains in the greater Middlebury area!

Joan measured our windows, gave us different options at different price points, and came to our house with the installer when it was time to put up the blinds. It was all done professionally and in a timely manner. Joan is a very personable making her a pleasure to work with.

(January 20, 2023, 11:40 am)Joan was wonderful during the entire process. Scheduling her time to come over to measure and pick out what we needed was very easy. She was also very diligent in ensuring that we were picking out the right color to match our decor and furniture. She made sure that we would be happy with what we were choosing. Once the shades arrived were able to schedule the install within a couple of days. This process went very well also. Her and the installer wanted to make sure that they were hung in the perfect location to match our window frames. We are extremely happy with Elegant Windows!!

I just finished building my home and wanted shades that were virtually nonexistent when up (to preserve the airy look and feel of the room), but were also high quality and matched the decor when down. Joan was amazing at selecting the right type of treatment and the right colors for each room. We have light filtering in some rooms and room darkening in other rooms. The install was quick and every room looks perfect!
