Great company with excellent customer service and follow-up. After visiting the factory and hearing Jason talk about all of his ideas for future, I feel like they will be around for a long time and that’s a win for me! If you’re thinking about it, go for it!

(November 6, 2021, 11:06 am)I purchased a red trike from Liberty after riding my neighbor’s white Liberty trike. We now spend some of our free time traveling thru Zion National Park. We get a lot of questions from tourists and other cyclists. (Handed out a couple of your business cards today).

(February 25, 2019, 7:16 pm)I'm very pleased to write stellar review of my experience with Electric Bike Technologies. This company has provided us (I'm helping a friend convert his hand cycle into an E Assist trike) with excellent service from beginning to what is now approaching the end.
We presented a very unusual challenge; to convert what is essentially a front wheel drive tricycle, pedaled by hands rather than feet, into an E Assist trike. Alec and his team asked for pictures of the bike, we sent them, they returned with questions and suggestions, we sent more pictures, in return they provided answers and solutions, and then, when we ran into a snag that none of us could have seen coming, they offered to do the necessary modifications for free. Unbelievably good service and incredible attention to detail. Attached is a picture of the original trike (it's the black one), I'll post a final picture when we get it finished. -

(April 24, 2018, 5:30 pm)It started with a Phone call many years ago. Jason recognized that i was only 40 miutes away (The Phila accent, lol) from his warehouse and invited me and my dad to their facility. From that point forward we were hooked. Very awesome staff, the
E Bike kit is extremely durable and easy to assemble and operate allowing loads of fun. Great technical help when I'm in a jam ( like the time i ripped the wires out when I crashed....OOOPS :-) ) , great service, Very nice people to deal with over the phone and in person. The E Bike Kit opens up a whole new world of riding-- Heavy head wind, apply a little power.... , Went to many miles out and now your tired, apply a little power....got tough hills and are a little out of wind, apply a little power. AWESOME !! We have had 2 E Bikes for quite some time (Many years now), they get used every weekend. We have just added the new E-Trike to our collection & Dad loves it,, ps- so do I :-) . The Trike is awesome and very well built. I personally am getting ready to build another bike with the E Bike kit, of course :-) . This one is going to be the Fat Tire Bike. BTW, yes E Bike has a wheel for that design too. Thank You to the whole staff at E Bike, You all have opened up a whole new fun world in bicycling.
