  I couldn’t get my Ryobi chainsaw to start so I came to Eldred Equipment for help. They diagnosed the problem, made the necessary adjustment/repair, and negotiated the service through the manufacturer’s warranty. Cost to me? Absolutely free. These guys know their stuff, communicated every step of the way, and earned a customer for life. I am grateful to have such a well-run, professional business in our small town.

  I brought some generators to Eldred Equipment for warranty work. They are extremely professional, and their work is exceptional. I would highly recommend them!

  The most professional outfit I have ever dealt with They did a warranty service for me. They contacted the manufacturer for me and negotiated complete coverage of the repairs including transport. They picked up and delivered on time and ahead of schedule. The quality of their work was excellent.

  I had personal experience buying supplies here for over 20 years. I usually fix all my own equipment but rely on this shop to get standard on demand parts. Lawnmowers/chainsaw such as spark plugs, air filters, 2 cycle oil, etc.. Often I stop for other essential things I need same day such as: all sizes of nuts and bolts, getting keys made, and other odds and ends. I just noticed they have propane too. I am always impressed by the professionalism, integrity, transparency, and sincere customer service of both Franz and Charlie. They are always eager and willing to help with advice and/or recommendations and I notice they treat every other customer that way too. This establishment has grown into a positive fixture in the local community over the years. They are intimately involved in and serve the local community in a variety of different ways.

  These guys are the best. They repaired a mower I bought form Home Depot that started leaking oil after less than a year. They were transparent, thorough, and highly professional. If you need equipment, buy local from these folks not Home Depot. Their work is much more thorough.
