I started with no background or ability in yoga and have grown to make it an essential part of my life . It enriches my life both physically and spiritually and am forever grateful to my teacher ! ❤️❤️🧘♀️

(October 22, 2018, 1:54 pm)I have been doing yoga for 3 years now. I found myself in Rye for an extended trip and wanted to find a teacher to practice with. Found Jennifer on Google. It was amazing. The studio itself, is done in a totally relaxing and zen-like manner. it was very tranquil. And Jennifer's teaching was really first rate. I had scheduled 3 sessions and noticed that she took notes on the first session to create directed lessons for the other 2 sessions. I learned a lot from her to help my practice and felt i really left a better yoga practitioner than when i arrived. I cant wait for my next trip so i can continue with Jennifer for more improvement.

(June 29, 2018, 1:20 pm)Jennifer is a sheer delight to work with. She takes a holistic approach to the practice. Her program is bespoke, tailored-always with laser focus- to my goals and physical limitations. I have spent a lot of time with trainers in the gym and Pilates studios but I must say Jennifer has figured it out. A nice bonus for me is that I have really torqued my golf game with the resulting lengthening and strengthening of muscles and increased flexibility over time. You will not find a better, more fun instructor than Jennifer!

The studio is located on the Purchase Street, but still tucked in private and beautiful location, the design has a combination of European chique as well as serene atmosphere- perfect place for yoga.
Working with Jennifer is an amazing experience!
Jennifer is extremely talented in working with individuals as well as workshops. I attended her workshops they are wonderful.
The combination of amazing teacher, motivator and a great listener and visionary makes Jennifer a great instructor. -

(March 14, 2017, 7:58 pm)I began doing personal training with Jennifer twice a week over a year ago, as I wanted to get in shape for a demanding ski trip. I have happily continued to work with Jennifer ever since because not only is she extremely professional and knowledgable about the human physiology and yoga (which I do not do, yet!), she is also positive, warm, encouraging and fun to be around, even at 7:30 am. Gradually, she has helped me with a variety of exercises to strengthen my tempermental back, increase my overall muscle tone, improve my balance and flexibility, as well as teach me some key energetic concepts when I exercise on my own. I happily recommend Jennifer and the welcoming atmosphere of Elan Yoga to any one looking for a place to take care of themselves.
