(August 20, 2022, 12:06 pm)I’m writing this review solely based on the service that Dexter, who came to inspect our home, provided. He was so pleasant and answered every single one of my questions. He came to inspect my home after my boyfriend had a few random bites on him, and he was such a breath of fresh air. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He really calmed me down throughout this anxiety inducing situation. He looked in all of the spots and told me he couldn’t find any evidence of bed bugs. He was patient while I showed him photos of the bites, and provided a lot of information. He confirmed a lot of the information that I’d read online, told me I was taking all of the appropriate precautionary steps, and was just exactly the kind of person you’d want in this situation. Thank you, Dexter, for being so pleasant and patient with this terrified client! Hopefully I never have to call for an inspection again but if I did, I would absolutely call & request Dexter!!!
