  I know Laura for years. Not only is she smart and talented, but is a very caring person. She goes out of her way for people and really cares about her patient’s, family, and friends. I have personally sat in on her lectures and they are wonderful informational sessions. She has helped my mother and family members along the way. If you wanna know anything about nutrition Laura Rokosz is the person. If you’re looking for real results in your life fitness and health this is the person to see.

  Dr. Laura is Amazing and extremely caring of her patients. I relocated to NJ from NY a few years ago to attend college. At the beginning of last year I was experiencing increased symptoms of body pain, burning under the skin, body rashes, loss of appetite and insomnia. Because of the body rashes and pain, my skin all over was ultra sensitive that I had to watch how I sat down or even lied in bed. I had to be in a very cool environment and use ice packs on my body. I tried every over the counter cream and prescription prescribed, but they didn't work. I didnt have much of a life outside of my apartment since at times wearing of clothes became too painfull and I couldnt keep taking painkillers.
  
  I was seen by various doctors and a few specialists that could not clearly find out what was causing my symptoms. They performed various tests and tried different treatments to help me find a cure or at minimum what was the cause. All I was able to get out of the testing and doctors prognosis was I had a rare skin disorder. After 5 months passed and no closer to understanding what I had or how to improve my condition, I was getting discourage since I was running out of doctors to see. My boyfriend told me we need to find someone who looks at the science side of medicine and open to alternative approaches to understanding diseases to possibly find a cure or at best manage the symptoms. Through his contacts we were referred to Dr. Laura and I made an appointment to see her.
  
  I brought all my medical tests and records and told her she was my last hope since seeing various doctors who could not help me. I remember the first thing she said after hearing my story and reviewing my tests was "I will help you". That gave me a sigh of relief of hope since the symptoms at this stage were severely impacting my life as well as my health. One of the biggest differences I noted was that she runs tests that were beyong standard in the medical field and testing that went beyond standard protocol such as advance food sensitivity, body composition analysis and others. These tests I found out are not performed by most doctors or not known to them.
  
  Through these tests, not only was she able to help me deal with the symptoms, but identify the root cause. With this information she found out what my illness was and guided me in completely changing my diet as well as recommended appropriate supplements that to date have truly changed my health situation 360 degrees. I continue to see her, but now its every 2 months and will continue until I'm cured.
  
  For those in a similar situation or are running out of doctors to see or helping you, I strongly recommend you not to give up hope and contact Dr. Laura. I went to her with almost no hope in finding out what was wrong with me or how to better cope with my symptoms and she turned out to be my lifeline. No words can express or describe how grateful I am for her help nor can I thank her enough in my lifetime.
