  If you are looking for the most dedicated and responsive real estate team in the area, talk to Pat and Kelly Egan! My husband and I can't say enough about the personal support and attention they provided to our family 7 days a week to address the many obstacles we encountered with our sale. Pat lined up multiple contractors and provided competing bids for each update required to meet borough coding requirements. We received calls, texts and emails 7 days a week as they worked to expedite and make sure all work was completed timely at the best price. Kelly worked tirelessly to help the family of 3 sellers complete all the paperwork and dealings with the Title company. We especially appreciated working with a local, family owned Real Estate company with a friendly and earnest approach to meet customers needs. We highly recommend Egan Real Estate and we will use them in the future!

  I knew looking for a home in this tough market would not be easy. With being on a budget, I knew I would have to act fast if I were to see something that I liked. I received daily emails from Egan Real Estate fitting my criteria. If there was something I wanted to go see in person, either Pat or Kelly would set up the walkthrough. Most of the times, the walkthrough was that same day.
  
  Pat and Kelly would meet me on weekends and even nights just to check out a place I may be interested in. They were also looking out for me. They were not so much after the commission of the deal, they were more worried about finding the right fit for me. I would ask their opinions on the places we would see and they would not hold back. There were even some homes that pat told me once we went through them that he did not want me to put an offer on it because it would not be worth it.
  
  Both Pat and Kelly were there every step of the way me being a first time buyer. Every question I had, they would either answer or find the answer in a reasonable amount of time.
  
  I have already recommended Egan Real Estate to multiple family and friends and I will continue to do so.

  I was so fortunate to have Pat & Kelly to handle the sale of my mother's estate. They were very warm and welcoming, personable, and knowledgeable on the sale. I live out-of-state, and was going through a lot personally dealing with my mothers death, and working a full-time job. They took so much off my plate and lifted a weight off my shoulders once everything was complete (really quick seamless process!). 100% recommend their services and their hospitality during this stressful time for me. You will love them, trust me!

  I was trying to sell my sister's home on my own after her passing. Unfortunately, I live two hours away and running the showings was very cumbersome. I found Pat and Kelly and am so glad that I hired them to sell the property for me. First, they are both extremely friendly people to work with. Second, they are very knowledgeable about the real estate process and, in particular, the Philadelphia area. Third, they were very thorough in making sure all the necessary elements were addressed from selling the property/advertising, to making any last minute fixes on the property to meet buyer expectations, to making sure all the paperwork was completed by settlement. Finally, due to Covid 19, I was not allowed to attend the settlement. Pat and Kelly were able to be there in person to make sure that everything went smoothly.
  As the old saying goes, "great things come in small packages". Although Egan Real Estate is a smaller business, you will be very happy that you hired them. I strongly recommend them for your real estate needs.

  My husband and I recently sold our home, and it was all thanks to Egan Real Estate. Pat was our realtor when we purchased our home in 2008. From then on, he continued to stay engaged. He would consistently send us birthday and holiday cards, keeping in touch. I was always impressed by that. So, it should be no surprise that we would choose Egan Real Estate when it came time to sell our home. Pat & Kelly were quick to recommend what improvements we should make prior to listing our home. They quickly set up a photographer to take photos and then list our home on the market. Within a few days, we had more than 20 showings and more than 10 offers. They made the closing process extremely easy and were very accommodating to our schedules. I would absolutely recommend using Egan Real Estate when it comes time to purchase and/or sell your home.
